Ahlam Alharbi, Ph.D., is a researcher specializing in discourse studies, linguistics, and multidisciplinary inquiry, with over 15 years of academic and applied experience. Her scholarly work utilizes qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to investigate the intersections of language, culture, and human decision-making. Her research interests include the discursive practices of solidarity, crisis communication, the framing of identity in political and religious discourse, and the role of meaning-making in organizational and educational leadership.
Alharbi has held several academic and professional appointments; she serves as a Full-Time Associate Professor at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University. Her broader professional experience includes roles as a Senior Research Associate at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, a researcher at the CHÔRA Foundation, a researcher and translator for the SecDev Foundation, a research associate at Florida International University, and a visiting scholar at Wright State University. Currently, she is also an affiliated researcher with the Open Research Unit at Luiss Business School, where she participates in interdisciplinary initiatives spanning higher education policy and sociolinguistic analysis.
